Hi Emily. So sorry to hear about your troubles. May I suggest complaining to the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) about Orbitz. Sometimes they can put pressure on the merchant to get your full refund or try to mitigate your loss some other way. One of the things the BBB will ask you is, are you sure nothing was disclosed BEFORE you booked? Hope this may be a recourse for you.
